Nel wants to ask Taylor some questions that might yield new evidence. He says Roux can cross-examine Taylor again. Roux wants to know if Nel deliberately excluded the evidence. Nel says he forgot.
Nel wants more detail about the time a car followed him. Taylor says they were on the way to his house, when they got to the main gate Pistorius noticed someone had followed them. Pistorius jumped out the car with his gun and went to the car that was following him. He put the gun up to the car's window and the car drove away.
Nel confirms that Taylor never heard Pistorius scream when his life was in danger. She says yes, that she only heard him scream when he was very angry.
Roux has no more questions for Taylor. Nel re-examines.
Roux asks about the time when a car was following Pistorius and Taylor. Taylor doesn't remember Pistorius' version of what happened. Pistorius maintains he tried to draw attention away from Taylor by getting out of the car with his firearm. Taylor doesn't remember that. She says he went up to the other car with his gun.
Roux says he'll try be as soft as possible with Taylor. He says it seems every time Taylor talks about Pistorius cheating on her she gets upset. Taylor agrees. Roux asks if Taylor admitted in two emails to cheating on Pistorius. Taylor says she's never admitted to cheating on him but admits she had a relationship with another man after they broke up for the first time.

Taylor begins crying again, the judge says we'll take another short adjournment.
Roux asks Taylor how she felt about the breakup with Pistorius. Taylor says she was upset.
Nel objects to Roux saying that "often" and "every night" are different. Nel says they are the same. The judge agrees. Roux asks Taylor what she means by often, she says "a lot of times."
Taylor says Pistorius used his phone 4 or 5 times a night in bed. Every night.
Taylor says that Pistorius never kept his firearm under the bed when she was there. Roux says Pistorius will dispute that.
Roux asks if Taylor remembers an incident where a car followed their car. Taylor said that she doesn't remember feeling fear at the time.
Roux also asks if Pistorius ventilated his legs with a fan, Taylor isn't sure. Roux asks if Pistorius could move easily on his stumps, Taylor says he usually had to hold on to something for balance. Roux asks if Pistorius was fearful for his life, Taylor isn't sure. She says "I don't think he was scared."
Roux asks if Taylor knows why Pistorius slept on the left-hand-side of the bed on February 13, 2013. Taylor says she doesn't know because she wasn't there. Roux says that Pistorius had a shoulder injury that caused him to sleep on that side. Taylor wasn't aware of that.
Roux now moves to ask Taylor about Pistorius' bed and what side he slept on.
Roux asks if Taylor can remember that Pistorius played golf at St. Andrews in Scotland the next day - October 1. Taylor says she remembers suitcases in the car. Roux asks if her timeline includes enough time for Pistorius to fly overseas.

Roux asks what emotion Taylor observed before the shot was fired. Taylor says that after they left the police Pistorius was angry and irritated. He then joked around about firing a shot and then after he fired the shot he laughed.
Taylor says they filed the shot and then laughed.
Roux asks for Taylor to specify if the shot was fired out of anger, irritation, or humor. Taylor says Roux should ask Pistorius.
Taylor says the shot was fired to spite the police, to irritate them.
Nel objects, reading from count 2 which doesn't say that Pistorius was driving the car, it says that he was traveling in the car. Roux says that's the amended version.
Roux wants to know if Taylor initially told police that Pistorius was driving the car. The gun charge against Pistorius was amended to say that it was Fresco was driving, not Pistorius.
Roux is now asking if she knows the area where they went to sign gun papers. Taylor doesn't remember exactly. She says it was a middle-class area, perhaps close to the Vaal river.
Taylor cannot remember what time they left the Vaal river. She says it must've been late afternoon. She doesn't know where they were pulled over. Roux says it was near Grasmere on the highway, Taylor can't confirm. She doesn't remember if they were on a highway or a road.
Roux refers to a statement made by Darren Fresco about the sunroof incident. Roux says that according to that statement the incident happened in September 2012.
Roux asks if Pistorius' life was threatened when he screamed at her. Taylor say he screamed at her it was out of anger, not because his life was threatened.
Taylor is describing Pistorius's bedroom. Roux wants to know how dark his bedroom was, Taylor says it would depend on the night. Taylor says if all the curtains were closed then the bedroom would be dark. Roux asks "very dark?" Taylor is hesitant to agree.
Roux asks if she remembers sending Pistorius an email that week, she says she remembers it very clearly.
Taylor says that the week before there was "a lot of commotion" in their relationship and that they were having a lot of problems.
Taylor says the first time they ended their relationship was because when Pistorius was traveling overseas, he went on a date with a woman called Anastasia. The second time they ended their relationship what November 4, 2012 when he took Reeva Steenkamp to the sports awards. Taylor said that on November 4 they had not officially broken up. Roux asks what that means.

Roux says he has copies of emails that show that Pistorius did not cheat on her. Roux asks when their relationship ended, Taylor asks if he means the first or second time.

Taylor says Pistorius screamed at her on more than one occasion and she was present when he screamed at her sister, best friend, his best friend.
