Pistorius lawyers are now entering evidence in to the court. So far there's Pistorius' bail hearing statement as well as a photo album of what they say is 'tampered' evidence.
Pistorius Lawyer: Investigator Hilton Botha did not secure crime scene. It was contaminated and tampered with.
Lawyer is saying that the witness who says she heard Pistorius and Steenkamp arguing has changed her story, and was too far away to hear anything.
This is the fourth charge against Pistorius:
Judge asks Oscar Pistorius if he understands the murder charge against him. Pistorius says he does, and pleads "not guilty."
Judge Thokozile Masipa says there were 'hiccups' that delayed the start of the trial. The trial has now begun. The charges against Oscar Pistorius are being read.
